About SALUTE SANTÉ!

Salute Santé!® Grapeseed Oil has long been the secret of gourmet chefs who love its light and nutty taste, the foundation of flavor.
It is a cold pressed fruit oil from upcycled winery grape seeds, a true REGENERATIVE ingredient.

Food & Vine, Inc. purveyors of Salute Santé! Cold Pressed Grapeseed Oils is indisputably the pioneer of grapeseed oil in America. Furthermore, Food & Vine  lives by the phrase “Salute and Santé!”, a common toast meaning “to your health” in both French and Italian. We embrace this toast of the two leading countries in the production of wine, grape seeds and grapeseed oil.

Salute Santé! is the industry leader in the creation and distribution of this healthiest-of-oils. Salute Santé! is cold pressed without any heat or chemicals making it the heart-healthy choice. Nutritionally dense, it’s a healthy alternative to all other oils. Salute Santé! Cold Pressed Grapeseed Oil proves that food prepared in this pure, delicate oil can both taste good and be good for you.

A FRUIT OIL …100% UPCYCLED

A FRUIT OIL from the mighty Grape! Unlike seed oils which require new crop, lots of water and fertilizer, our oil comes from the grape, which is a fruit like olive and avocado, except our oil is 100% UPCYCLED from winery waste, an existing resource, and ZERO WASTE. Compared to other fruit oils like olive oil and avocado oil, ours is lowest in saturated fat and highest in essential linoleic acid.

We Were Clean & Green Before It Was Popular

We’re passionate about making GOOD for YOU FOOD and keeping our carbon footprint low. That might sound trendy today, but it didn’t when we started making grapeseed oil 25 years ago.

All of our plant-based products are delicious, healthy and good for the Earth. Our process completes the cycle of the grape making us a zero waste food. Not to mention, we use 100% ecological packaging.

A Green Company, A Green Product

Salute Santé!® is 100% Cold Pressed Grapeseed Oil and nothing else. It starts with UPCYCLED, Non GMO grape seeds from wineries in Napa, Italy and Portugal so there is no need for hybrid or genetically modified crops. Nor does it need new farmland, fertilizer or water, and most importantly it is a FRUIT oil from grape seeds – the BEST seeds!

Loved by the best chefs, Salute Santé! is their choice for delicious, healthy cooking – salad dressings, aioli, marinades, searing, sauté, grill, BBQ and bake.

All our products are verified Non GMO by the Non GMO Project and certified GREEN by Green America.

Quality You Can Taste

Salute Santé!® Grapeseed Oil has long been the secret of gourmet chefs who love its light and nutty, yet neutral flavor. It has the unique ability to enhance the flavors of ingredients instead of overpowering them. Better yet, it leaves no greasy aftertaste! The oil makes savory marinades and salad dressings. What’s especially great, they won’t cloud when chilled, so you can use them right out of the refrigerator.

“Now we have it all – delicious taste for everyday cooking and salads, the highest health benefits of all oils and finally cold pressed!” – Valentin Humer

As a pioneer of grapeseed oil, we are always on the cutting edge of health and flavor developments. That’s why “The Original Grapeseed Oil” is cold pressed and gently refined. This gives it the delicious, light, nutty taste it’s known for. Cold pressing uses tremendous pressure to press seed against seed. The process never exposes the oil to temperatures above what the grapes are exposed to in nature. We use this approach because it’s better for both your health and the environment.

A Health Conscious Brand

Grapeseed Oil is the best cooking oil for health. With this in mind, we chose to embrace the name Salute Santé!, which means “to your health” in French and Italian.

Compared to other fruit oils like olive and avocado, Grapeseed Oil is the lowest in saturated fat, the highest in essential linoleic acid and is naturally high in vitamin E and valuable antioxidants. Studies have shown that grapeseed oil may significantly raise HDL (the “good”) cholesterol and lower both LDL (the “bad”) cholesterol and triglycerides, which may lower your risk of cardiovascular disease, stroke, diabetes and impotence. This is something that no other food has been known to do! So make our FRUIT oil your medicine!

DELICIOUS, HEALTHY & EASY – never tasted so good!
